I have tanned at Club Sun D5 consistently since February 2004.  The Manager, Laurie, and all the girls are always very friendly and professional at the same time.  They look so cute in their bright colored shirts with their tanned faces.  When I come in they always great me by my name.  Silly, but that makes me feel special.  The facility and equipment are well maintained and extremely clean.  The décor reminds you of a tropical paradise.  I feel like I’ve escaped for a 30 minute vacation each time I visit.  I especially like the different tanning options they offer.  I spend most of my time in the Tall Kahuna but I visit the Big Kahuna and the Cayenne often as well.

I just wanted to take a moment and comment on my experiences when I visit your Northside location. When I visit there I am always treated as a valued customer. Everyone there is polite and very pleasant to interact with. One associate in particular, Adria, in my opinion offers some of the best customer service I have experienced anywhere. I understand that she is relatively new to the company but she is very knowledgeable about the products and services that Club Sun has to offer and she is always smiling. She makes visiting the salon what it should be - relaxing and my "getaway." I also want to comment on the store manager, Alice. I usually go in the evenings as I work full time during the day but my one experience with Alice was also a pleasant one. One day last week I got off early and met my boyfriend there and he was debating signing up as a VIP member and Alice was very helpful in helping him make an informed decision.
