As a former store owner on Panama City beach I know how difficult it can be to one find great employees and to maintain a satisfied customer base in this unique and somewchallenging market.Your salon on back beach road should be a shining example to all of your corporate stores. Superb cleanliness,tasteful decor, extremely relaxed atmosphere, and the greatest ensemble of staff your business may have at any of its locations.

Your team there is led by a superb manager by the name of Melissa, who through interacting with me as a possible new client displayed her vast knowledge of your product lines, your equipment and your business commitment to make sure each of your clients are happy. You should be very proud to have her as the one who represents the name Club Sun.

As a business major, I want you to know how fortunate you are to have her hold a leadership position. She extends qualities that cant be taught, that are unique and specific to just her.
