PLEASE NOTE: If you have a question or concern about your EFT-VIP Membership you will need to go to your nearest Club Sun salon between the hours of 8AM-3PM (Mon-Fri) to speak with a salon Manager.

If your question or concern is in regards to a past 'Cancellation', you will need to bring in your proof of any cancellation or your signed VIP Membership Change Form.

All Freezes or Cancels must be processed in a Salon. No Online, Emails or Phone Calls are accepted for Freezes or Cancels. If any Questions/Concerns please contact the Corporate Office at 334-699-4826 ext. 4.

Saturday	9AM-6PM	Last tanner accepted 30 minutes prior to closing.
